Nathan Casserly is Managing Director and co-founder of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate, better known as OC. Along with business partner Alex Ouwens they are one of South Australia leading independent residential property firms.

Since it was established by Alex Ouwens and Nathan Casserly in 2014, OC has sold more than $3 billion in property and now employs a team of more than 100 passionate property professionals. They have the largest network of independently owned real estate offices in South Australia, which gives sellers the edge in accessing the largest cross-council customer base in SA, and gives buyers the choice and variety they need to find their perfect home. OC's vision is to be the most trusted and well-respected agency in SA. Their net promoter score shows they currently sit at the top of the industry in this measure, but will always strive to do the best for the South Australian community.

Alex Ouwens was the President of the Real Estate Institute of SA for three years and Nathan Casserly is a well-regarded keynote speaker at Australia’s largest conferences. Nathan and Alex also love helping the community by leading some auctioneering fun at fundraising events such as The Crows Gala Ball.

Nathan enjoys the challenges of today’s economy and the speed at which today’s society seems to move at.

Nathan has a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Management and was a school teacher for six years before deciding on a career in real estate in 2007. Some would say he has followed in the footsteps of his father, a highly respected realtor with more than thirty years of industry experience.

As a keen sportsman and Fitness Coach for Central Districts Football Club from 2005 - 2010, winning four premierships out of five Grand Finals, Nathan maintains close ties with many sporting and community clubs in Adelaide.

Married to Rachel since 2006, and father of Annabel (July 2010) and Audrey (May 2013), Nathan has an appreciation for hard work while still finding time for extra-curricular activities and his family. He enjoys traveling overseas and escaping to one of their holiday homes at Black Point on the Yorke Peninsula.
